For more than sixty years, it’s been about the latest, best equipment, and the finest, most experienced, most exacting craftsmen. It’s been about building our business through superior service and through the loyalty of our customers. About being the very, very best at what we do.

What began as a small machine shop that mass-produced perforated metal sheets for distributors has evolved into a 170,000 square foot full-service, custom fabrication facility. We’ve combined the craft of perforating metal with modern machinery and techniques to offer our customers a complete fabricating and finishing solution.

Today, Accurate Perforating breathes new life into perforated metal. We take simple sketches and turn them into reality with our broad range of capabilities including AutoCAD design, forming, notching, finishing and more. As a company, we’ve nearly doubled in sales over the last 10 years as the use of perforated metals continues to expand in markets like architecture, audio, HVAC and more, and we’ve expanded our staff to more than 90 employees.

What hasn’t changed over the years is our attention to detail. Sure, we still produce sheets of perforated metal, but we also help our customers create custom perforated metal solutions for all kinds of projects in all kinds of industries. And we’re still determined to deliver every job exactly the way it was ordered, with the quality our customers have come to expect.

Thieme Corporation is a full service reaction injection molder (RIM) specializing in polyurethane (PUR) foam materials for RIM Molding. We offer some of the largest single shot molding capabilities in the USA. We offer part and tool design, tool construction, prototyping, production part molding, finishing, EMI shielding, light assembly operations and complete logistics when needed. If you require a housing, device enclosure, covers or structural parts, RIM molding is probably for you. It is a cost effective way to get a more robust part than thermoforming, a cheaper and lighter weight part over RFP (fiberglass) and certainly a more cost effective way to tool up parts over traditional injection molding. We work in annual volumes of 200 to 20,000 parts per year and welcome the opportunity to get involved in the design process way up front. Our 40 years of tool design experience will ensure your product is molded right the first time, everytime. We currently serve the medical, scientific, automotive and various industrial markets with low annual volume plastic molding solutions. Thieme offers part molding for parts up to 100 lbs or 6' x 6' x 2' in a single shot. We also offer material systems that will allow you to vary wall sections up to 2" thick in a single part with sink or distorion. Insert molding and including molded in functional elements into the parts is where designers will find the most bang for the buck with RIM molding. We are an ISO 9001 facility and welcome all CAD files for free estimates for part and tooling cost. We accept IGES files, STP and work with PRO-E and Solid Works. Contact us now to learn more about Reaction Injection Molding (RIM) for enclosures, housings and structural parts.
