We specialize in precision prototype and production machining, welding and frame fabrication. Partnering with our Customers is what separates us from all other companies. By meeting our customers during the entire cycle of the project, we reduce production time & cost while insuring quality & delivery. We source inspect at our Vendors giving Customer feedback & insuring visual and process compliance.

Horizontal Machining Centers
We have 2 large 4 Axis Horizontal Machining Centers giving us the capability to produce parts up 80". The larger of the two has a 30" quill extension. With our extensive pre-fabbed tooling and fixtures, these machines are easily set up to meet any fabrication needs.

We also have a More-Seike Mill Center, 2 Femco VMC Mill Centers, and a Tree Vertical Machining Center.

Manual Mills
Our 9 manual mills are all equipped with protrak controls for programming and producing intricate prototype parts. Our staff of manual mill journeyman Machinist have over 100 years experience combined, providing you with the expertise and knowledge to quickly and accurately produce the most difficult parts.

Manual Lathes
Ticino 420- 60" x 120" Lathe with a Sony DRO with .0002 resolution.
The capacity to turn 60 "+ diameters allows us to meet our cutomer’s largest
turning needs.

Over the last thirty-five years, All Weld Machine & Fabrication has recruited and developed a highly skilled team of welders to meeting the welding challenge of our customers needs. Our welders are individually certified in every aspect of vacuum, frame and structural welding. All of our welding is performed to AWS standards for aluminum, steel, stainless steel and some exotic/specialty metals. We also have an in house certified weld inspector, certified to AWA CWI QC-1.

We are able to manufacture weldments where complexity, and size are not limiting factors.

When required, welded assemblies are tested for leaks using our vacuum leak detector and/or pressure testing. Completed parts can be supplied with individual test documentation under our ISO 9000 QUALITY PROGRAM.

Cosmetic welding is commonly requested by many of our customers in the semi-conductor and solar markets. We have the ability to meet the precise requirements of many different industries that also include government and industrial markets.

At All Weld Machine, we recognize that welding is commonly one step in the manufacturing process. Therefore we are able to provide many additional services which include but are not limited to punching, cutting, milling, drilling, sawing and mechanical assembly.

We can manufacture components or complete frames out of steel, stainless steel, aluminum tubing, pipe and specialty material.

We can offer a complete turn-key service to all our customers, whether its a full or sub assembly job.

ISI is a fabricator of highly diversified technical & high precision components, also offering complete turnkey solutions for prototyping and manufacturing sub-assemblies and complete systems. We consider ourselves a “virtual subsidiary” to our partners.

At ISI we focus on areas that provide high "value-add" in the component fabrication process. This includes a broad spectrum of materials and a focus on very high precision components that demand extremely tight tolerances. As an example, we can comfortably and consistently maintain tolerances of +/- 0.0002”, even with extremely high throughput.

Our customers are primarily based in the high technology, semiconductor, defense/aerospace, medical components/equipment disciplines and utilize some exotic materials that can be difficult to manufacture in large quantities, especially on a consistent/repeatable basis. Some examples include Be/Cu, Te/Cu, Ti, W, Kovar, Ni 200, Inconel, Silicon Carbide, and Nitronic 60. We also have significant expertise in specialty plastics i.e. Torlon, Peek, and Celazol.

We believe that quality and cost reductions are engineered into a product from the initial design phase onwards. Any “build to print” opportunities that we review automatically undergo a Cost Reduction Analysis prior to bidding and subsequent acceptance by our manufacturing group. Inverse Solutions is ISO 9001:2000 compliant.
