Cardinal Scientifics’ in-house machining, fabricating and welding shops have been producing quality hardware for over 18 years using the most up-to-date CNC technologies available. And in 2004, we expanded our capabilities further by bringing online a 6 ft. x 12 ft. Flow Dynamic Abrasive Waterjet system with Ultrapierce technology for processing advanced materials such as super alloys, titanium, composites, phenolics and optical glass. This innovative technology is capable of cutting virtually any material or thickness in a cost-effective and timely manner.

The foundation for our Quality Assurance system has been established in full accordance with MIL-I-45208. We have expanded our system to include compliance with ISO-9002. Additionally, our welders are certified under AWS D1.2 and AWS D1.6.
