Almar has been in business since 1977. We primarily started manual machining for the semiconductor industry and later developed CNC programming. Almar is looking for opportunities in CNC programming and manufacturing of precision parts.
We have exceptional fluency with Gibbs Cam, Solidworks, Camworks, Key Creator, G-code, Fadal and Fanuc G-code, Proto Trak, Quality assurance, and general machining principles. Capable of machining any material including aluminum, steel, stainless steel, (303, 416, 440c, 304 etc), tool steels, copper, brass, ceramics, titanium, composites, delrin, Teflon, polypropylene, styrene, PVC. Tolerances held to .0005 on manual machines, .0002 on CNC machines. We have built a volume of programming knowledge that shows an efficiency of tool speeds and feeds using practical machining principles by creating and proving thousands of programs.
